Baby Shower

A few of my girlfriends here in the Roch had a very beautiful baby shower for baby Maggie and I. It was so sweet of them!! Of course I received a lot of pink... Can't wait until she arrives and gets to wear and play with it all!
(and yes, my friend Kristi made that cake!! Yum.)
My sister and her youngest daughter Annaleigh came all the way from Iowa to attend. It was great to spend the weekend with them.

X Country Skiing

Pete went for a long ski in the beautiful snow on Monday. I was so jealous, but stayed home and rested my feet. It is wonderful to have trails right in our backyard!

Thanks to the 'rents!

Kelly's parents have showered us with love and generosity. The latest being this amazing jogger stroller that includes a car seat!!! Hurray. Now we are officially ready to come home from the hospital. If only we had the nursery even remotely ready. HA! The crib is still sitting in a box in the living room. Oh well. I'm sure the fairies will come and put it together for us...

Gourmet Club

Once a month we meet with these friends and share our love of cooking... well, we try recipes that we are forced to make. But it gives us a good excuse to get together and have fun. It usually ends up boyz in one room and girlz in another. Weird how we do that.

Bryan, Fred, Antolin, Pete (just look at my sexxy man!!!), Alex and Brian.

Emily, Valerie (pregnant), Cece (Grace - 3 months), Kristi (preggers), Marci and Kelly (hiding the humongous belly).

Christmas Time is Here Again!

Since getting my new camera (Nikon D40 - love it!) we take hundreds of pictures at each occasion. We have so many pictures of Christmas I just don't know which ones to post. So here are a couple. We were able to get to Kelly's parents house for Christmas but had to leave on "Boxing Day" as Peter had to get back to work... It was nice to visit with the WHOLE Medhurst family. We hadn't all been together in 3 years. There were, of course, 3 new additions!!
Unfortunately we were unable to get to Georgia for any holiday festivities. Perhaps next year...
Here are Allie, Jack and Amanda playing with the old record player in the living room. After choosing the record they would dance around together. It was adorable!

The Leverentz girls on Christmas morn.

Silly Jack!

Yes that is Peter giving little Maggie (aka. big momma's belly) a Christmas kiss!
